Some Frequently Asked Questions


  • Where are the garments and Bags made?


All of our garments and bags are designed , hand cut and sewn by Cassie Howes in Brisbane, Queensland. The only exception are our tee’s and singlets, which are purchased from a fair trade manufacturer. You can be sure that everything you purchase from Lorraine and Blair is a Fair Trade, made with love garment from an Ethical Workplace.


  • What Payment Options do you offer?


We accept PayPal and credit card orders through the PayPal payment option. If you wish to make a payment via Bank deposit, please contact us via email to make your order. An invoice will be emailed and your order will be shipped once payment has been received. 


  • How long will my order take to be shipped?


Our ready made orders will be shipped within 2 business working days. If your purchase is for a custom made order please refer to the manufacture time listed under each item. For Bridal Parties and large orders we require AT LEAST 4 weeks notice. Regular Australia Post times apply after the manufacture time. 

All our shipping in Regular Australian Post Satchels, If you require express shipping please contact us via email as extra shipping costs will apply. 


  • Where do we ship from?


Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.


  • Do we ship internationally?


We never say Never, But if international shipping is required, please email us direct as we will need to obtain a international shipping quote, depending on the weight of the order, before we can issue you with an invoice. 


  • Not sure about Sizing?


Our sizing is based on average Australian sizing. Ladies Small (8-10), Medium (12) Large (14-16)

Please contact us direct if you have any sizing questions. We always suggest going up a size if you are unsure as unfortunately we are unable to exchange. 


  • Do we offer Gift wrapping?


Yes we sure do! Please let us know in the comments section and we would be happy to giftwrap your order. If your purchase is to be shipped as a gift we will be happy to forward your packing receipt via email instead.
